for the last...oh my, has it been a year
already?! Well all I can say is; busy, busy,
busy.

| Where to
begin. |

 At the beginning; I
suppose.
About a year ago I took a chance, surprise,
surprise; and embarked on a new journey in to the
world of Radio. Internet Radio to be exact.
I now host a weekly radio program that I am
very proud to say, I write and produce
myself. At the moment, the show is 30
minutes but my goal; (always have to have a goal),
is to expand to 1 hour.
So Jamie; my wonderful web designer, of Fat Cat
Design, and I have been very busy building the
new website. It is still a work in progress
and the beauty of it is that it will continue to
grow indefinitely. Check it out today, and

Not that President.
For the past year I have been serving as the
President of the Massachusetts Mental Health
Counselors Association. This has kept me
very busy attending meetings, events and workshops
throughout the year.
My term is over at the end of this month
which means that I will have time again to furnish
you all with Ultra Life
Tips!

No; I wasn't on "Oprah", "Ellen" or "The
View"...yet.
I am referring to an interview that I
conducted on The
Connect with Jeanne White Show in March.
I had the honor of being asked to fill in as guest
host on the show for a 3rd time; and had the
pleasure of interviewing Lindy Conroe.
Lindy and her husband Ken are the founders of
a terrific non-profit organization called Jen's
Jackets. Both Lindy and Ken are shining
examples of how one person, or in this case two
people, can make a difference.
