Ultra Life Lessons was created to encourage an ongoing dialogue with as many people as possible. My hope is that a large variety of perspectives will be offered and many will weigh in on the topics that are presented here.  The more people participate the better the conversation and the more that can be potentially learned.

This is not a controversial blog so I do not anticipate heated debates. The intention is to at times offer encouragement, at other times ask questions that might get people thinking in a new way and other times just give information. If you find the initial post helpful or a response post helpful let me know.

All posts are moderated before they are published so if you don’t want your comment published just say that in your post. Your wishes will be honored barring any technical glitches that are out of my control. It also goes the other way. If you post something offensive to me or that I think might be offensive to your fellow readers I will not publish the comment. That again is barring any technical glitches out of my control.
